Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead transformation of crew planning, rostering, tracking capabilities, and workforce planning data enablement.
  • •Provide single point of accountability for technology lifecycle (Plan, Build and Run) for assigned airline operation capabilities, products, and technology components.
  • •Develop and drive technology roadmaps that underpin business strategy as part of a 5-year technology plan.
  • •Provide counsel to senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology and business strategies.
  • •Be pivotal in the customer product-led operating model by being accountable for technology products and managing suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years' experience as a senior IT business partner and/or IT manager, accountable for a portfolio of business-facing operational applications with end-to-end delivery and run ownership.
  • •Experience in airline operations (preferred).
  • •Experience in complex legacy modernisation in critical sectors such as airlines, defence, or healthcare (preferred).
  • •Expert stakeholder management across business and technical functions, building and maintaining trusted relationships.
  • •Strong commercial acumen and supplier management skills to manage vendors and deliver product outcomes aligned with technology strategy.
