Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and/or auxiliary equipment, including reciprocating and screw compressors, engines, and process equipment.
  • •Assess engine and compressor component condition and perform maintenance to company standards and original manufacturer specifications.
  • •Identify, report, and help correct safety and environmental concerns while working in compliance with company procedures and regulatory/tariff requirements.
  • •Complete documentation and paperwork timely and accurately, including administrative tasks like ordering and receiving replacement parts and maintaining timesheets.
  • •Mentor teammates on proper operation and maintenance, maintain regular dependable attendance, and be available for 24/7 callouts.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • •Experience in mechanical maintenance of reciprocating/centrifugal compressor units.
  • •Experience in engine and compressor overhauls including top ends, swings and zero hour overhauls.
  • •Experience troubleshooting natural gas driven engines, compressors and associated equipment.
  • •Ability to read and interpret O&M manuals and blueprints and respond in a timely manner to emergency/after-hours calls.
