Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the face of Carvana at the gate and lead with a service-first mindset in interactions with associates, vendors, and visitors.
  • •Monitor live cameras, review footage, and investigate intrusion alerts using the Unified Security Platform.
  • •Run point at the gate using the Safe & Secure App and RFID, enforcing ingress/egress procedures.
  • •Manage and document vehicle movement through Inspection Center entrance and exit gates, including inventory tracking and reporting.
  • •Maintain safety in all weather by clearing/supporting operations, running safety audits, spotting hazards, de-escalating incidents, and acting decisively using emergency protocols.
