Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to client locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field
  • •Act as a service advisor and perform parts department duties including ordering, returns, and inventory management
  • •Use the appropriate software suite to document all customer vehicle interactions accurately
  • •Maintain strong knowledge of high voltage, low voltage, and general electric vehicle systems
  • •Perform walk-around and write-up processes, document client concerns for diagnosis and repair, and invoice/collect payment
