Key Responsibilities

  • •Transport goods and freight from one location to another using a truck/tractor-trailer.
  • •Perform pre/post trip inspections, inspect loads for proper securement, and complete DVIR via ELD.
  • •Plan routes, fueling stops, breaks, and deliveries to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • •Communicate with dispatchers, safety, maintenance, and other transportation personnel; follow accident/incident and near-miss documentation processes.
  • •Provide onsite warehouse support by traveling to company warehouses for loading/unloading, pick/pack, inventory counts/cycle counts, and equipment/shipping tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess a valid Class A CDL and maintain a current non-expired Class A CDL/valid DOT Medical certification (391.41 physical qualifications).
  • •Have 1 year of verifiable comparable driving experience within the last 3 years pulling 53ft trailers.
  • •Complete pre/post trip inspections and ensure cargo is properly loaded and secured for safe transport.
  • •Use TMS/WMS/ELD systems and complete electronic DVIR via ELD to document deficiencies.
  • •Ability to meet physical and safety requirements, including standing/walking for at least 7 hours during an 8-hour shift and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 35 lbs.
