Support pre-production and day-of-show operations for touring personnel, Production Managers, Back of House teams, and venues. Handle errands tied to talent and show production, assist with parking lists, credentials, and guest lists, and create day-of-show documents. Manage on-site runners, support petty cash reconciliation when needed, and help keep backstage areas clean and organized while working flexible hours across third-party venues.
