Job Summary

Join a quantitative Product Control Analytics team to build and maintain automated Python/SQL/VBA solutions that strengthen fair value calculation controls and analytical processes. You’ll develop and support data services, ensure correct standardized data delivery, collaborate with Technology for integration and deployment, and provide day-to-day support to Product Control users. The role includes shaping solutions with stakeholders, developing Citizen Developer capabilities, and delivering SQL solutions for complex trade and valuation issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain automated solutions to improve controls and analytical processes using Python/SQL/VBA.
•Develop services within Product Control strategic infrastructure and support correct delivery of standardized data to Product Control teams.
•Cooperate with Technology to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
•Provide day-to-day support to Product Control users and collaborate with the Engineering team and business stakeholders.
•Lead and develop SQL solutions to standardise, streamline, and automate processes; investigate issues and perform trade data analysis and management.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of SQL, VBA, Jira, Git, and test driven development.
•Programming experience in Python with understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles; knowledge of pandas functionalities.
•Experience with financial data (Trade, Position, Valuations, PnL, etc.) and understanding of it.
•Experience in designing microservice-driven system architectures (asset).
•University graduate in engineering, finance, economics subjects or similar.
