Job Summary

Own the end-to-end experience for one or more PRYPCO service verticals, turning early customer and revenue signals into repeatable, scalable service flows. Define processes, pricing, and packaging, and ship improved customer journeys from first touchpoint through delivery and follow-up. Build no-code/low-code automations (e.g., Zapier/Make/Retool/n8n) to remove manual work and partner across Marketing, CRM, Tech, and Ops using funnel and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Turn high-signal verticals into productised service flows by defining processes, pricing, and packaging for scale.
•Design and ship smoother end-to-end customer journeys, reducing manual steps across touchpoints through delivery and follow-up.
•Build automations using no-code/low-code tools to reduce manual work in Ops and CRM as volumes grow.
•Partner with Marketing, CRM, Tech, and Ops to position offerings, plan lifecycle and retention, scope what to build, and execute delivery.
•Track and act on key metrics (e.g., funnel conversion, turnaround time, cost to serve) and evaluate new service ideas as the BU expands.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in services, marketplaces, or operations-heavy products.
•Hands-on builder mindset: comfortable prototyping flows and creating basic automations yourself.
•Experience designing and redesigning end-to-end customer journeys using real experience mapping.
•Ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional partners (Marketing, CRM, Tech, Ops) without formal authority.
•Comfort defining KPIs and using funnel/operational data to decide what to fix, automate, or expand.
