Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure daily readiness of field teams by coordinating tools, equipment, vehicles, parts, and job documentation.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between the field crew and internal departments including logistics, procurement, and scheduling.
  • •Conduct site visits for support, coaching, and quality assurance; review completed installations against quality and customer expectations.
  • •Monitor and enforce company safety standards and compliance with local codes and regulations, including OSHA Electrical Standard and OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
  • •Identify operational obstacles, proactively resolve issues impacting productivity or timelines, and support warranty/rework investigations with corrective action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an HVAC install team member and team lead.
  • •Contractor License — CMC-C (HVAC, Refrigeration & Gas Piping).

  • •Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including heat pumps and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
