Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with MTC to define reticle specifications for each node series and ensure proper fracture methods are applied.
  • •Support tapeout teams with new data preparation flows and evaluate long-running fracture jobs against performance goals.
  • •Troubleshoot CD Metrology issues prior to OPC handoff and resolve integration issues by identifying recipe/process interactions.
  • •Provide feedback to OPC management for innovative improvements and fulfill internal reticle material requests using standard production flows.
  • •Evaluate and implement improvements to toolsets or processes to reduce cost, rework, and cycle time while increasing throughput and quality, while following safety procedures.
