Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve technical, account, and trade-related inquiries via telephone, ticket, and live chat.
  • •Take ownership of client issues and escalate/report them to relevant stakeholders across departments and regions.
  • •Assist clients with the trading lifecycle, including funding, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculation, and statement reconciliation.
  • •Provide ad hoc client outreach, platform training, and general market research support.
  • •Support a seamless client experience as part of the APAC Institutional Services group.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree
  • •1-2 years of experience at a large financial institution (new graduates may be considered).
  • •Licensed with CMFAS 1A, 2A, CM-EIP, and CM-SIP, or able to obtain the licenses via paper exams shortly after onboarding.
  • •Strong familiarity with one or more asset classes (Stocks, ETFs, Options, FX, Funds, Futures, Fixed Income).
  • •Excellent command of written and spoken English (Mandarin is a strong plus).
