Job Summary

Provide institutional-grade support to banks, hedge funds, financial advisors, and introducing brokers within APAC Institutional Services. Resolve technical, account, and trade-related inquiries via phone, ticket, and live chat, and take ownership of issues by escalating to the right stakeholders. Help clients navigate the full trading lifecycle (funding, transfers, corporate actions, margin, and statement reconciliation) while supporting ad hoc outreach, training, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

•Resolve technical, account, and trade-related inquiries via telephone, ticket, and live chat.
•Take ownership of client issues and escalate/report them to relevant stakeholders across departments and regions.
•Assist clients with the trading lifecycle, including funding, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculation, and statement reconciliation.
•Provide ad hoc client outreach, platform training, and general market research support.
•Support a seamless client experience as part of the APAC Institutional Services group.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree
•1-2 years of experience at a large financial institution (new graduates may be considered).
•Licensed with CMFAS 1A, 2A, CM-EIP, and CM-SIP, or able to obtain the licenses via paper exams shortly after onboarding.
•Strong familiarity with one or more asset classes (Stocks, ETFs, Options, FX, Funds, Futures, Fixed Income).
•Excellent command of written and spoken English (Mandarin is a strong plus).
