Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals by building client relationships, driving cross-sell and upsell, and following up to close sales. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases, while supporting daily store operations, inventory processing, and asset protection.
