Consultant Project Manager - Construction

Lead end-to-end project management commissions for Turner & Townsend’s expanding Real Estate team in Manchester, serving as the key day-to-day client interface. Advise at project conception on approaches to meet client objectives, define success criteria across time/cost/performance, and oversee quality, safety, health, and environment. Establish governance, manage planning and change control, monitor KPIs and project finances, and produce progress reports while facilitating cross-functional delivery.
