•Own the end-to-end delivery of internal events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale company-wide programming
•Design events and programming that build community and reinforce Palantir's mission and values
•Contribute to the broader People Experience operations, including onboarding support, employer branding, and external events
•Facilitate onboarding for new hires and interns as needed
•Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams (Finance, Recruiting, Legal, Security) to manage event logistics and lifecycle

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 75,000 - 103,000 annually
