Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage sales, operations, and staff development across Full Price Retail stores to achieve maximum profitability, compliance, and customer service excellence.
  • •Develop store management teams by planning, delegating responsibilities, reviewing business indicators, and providing coaching for operational goal achievement.
  • •Work with Multi-Managers/Store Managers to achieve and exceed sales goals and recognize top performers.
  • •Interview, screen, hire, coach, and counsel Multi-Managers/Store Managers (and Associate Managers as appropriate) and supervise training and regular meetings.
  • •Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with corporate direction, maintain accurate inventory records, stay current on the product range, and funnel product feedback to corporate.
