Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the dredger and booster optimally and safely in line with HSE requirements.
  • •Ensure maximum daily production aligned with dredger operational capabilities and project requirements.
  • •Provide daily planning inputs and accurate reporting to the Sr. Dredge Master on performance, work done, delays, accidents, and forecasts.
  • •Implement and control HSE requirements: respond to Q/HSE reports, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and make recommendations to HSE.
  • •Delegate responsibilities to dredge mates and execute crew performance evaluation and development processes in cooperation with the Sr. Dredge Master.

Key Requirements

  • •Vocational dredging degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • •First aid certification.
  • •Navigation license (STCW 95).
  • •Risk Assessment / PTW (Permit to Work).
  • •5+ years of experience, including significant experience in project performance analysis and track record managing projects.
