Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret complex datasets in enterprise asset management systems, develop KPIs, analyze trends, and apply descriptive through prescriptive analytics.
  • •Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and design scalable ETL processes from multiple sources to support reliable reporting.
  • •Develop risk assessment models with performance analysis and forecasts across multiple criteria, using scenario planning and constraints to optimize investments and interventions.
  • •Conduct asset management consulting by identifying gaps in asset information management capabilities and recommending improvements to standards, data quality assurance, and governance.
  • •Deliver client-facing work including workshops, presentations, and formal reports; manage scope, schedule, and budget and mitigate program/project risks (SOX controls may apply where relevant).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated competence in asset management practice across asset-intensive sectors (e.g., power, transport, municipal assets, data centers), including common challenges.
  • •Strong understanding of asset information management: defining information needs and requirements, data governance, and data quality assurance in an asset management context.
  • •Experience with IT systems enabling asset management and the business drivers behind IT procurement and delivery.
  • •Ability to deliver end-to-end processes such as asset investment planning, maintenance work planning, operational readiness, asset performance monitoring, and change management.
  • •Consulting capabilities including planning and delivery, collaboration, integrity, analytical problem-solving, and clear written/verbal communication tailored to stakeholders.
