  • •Understand the ecommerce platform architecture, configure and test client environments, and set up file specifications and corresponding jobs
  • •Ensure client integrations meet Flywire standards for system performance, quality, and application responsiveness
  • •Schedule and conduct client technical meetings with school IT teams to share product knowledge and configure system preferences
  • •In partnership with product management and engineering, produce, maintain, and disseminate technical product documentation

  • •4+ years experience in technical software and middleware implementations (required)
  • •Experience implementing and integrating software/middleware in a customer-facing role (required)
  • •Experience with Single Sign On integrations, with knowledge of CAS and SAML

  • •Knowledge of Higher Education ERPs (PeopleSoft, Banner, Colleague, Workday) (preferred)
