Job Summary

Integrate and coordinate production contract program activities for the Naval Tomahawk program, partnering with the production program manager and functional teams. Own EVMS data reporting coordination, baseline and internal baseline review facilitation, and implementation of RLPM gate and independent review activities. Analyze EVM, cost, labor, and schedule performance using APEX/SAP EV and PMX tools, support baseline change requests, and lead monthly risk review governance to drive on-time delivery compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate EVMS data reporting activities and execution.
•Facilitate key meetings, including developing the initial baseline and Internal Baseline Review (IBR).
•Execute and maintain Program Management Plans and Program Directives for EVMS implementation and execution.
•Prepare Baseline Change Requests (BCRs), support EAC/LRE inputs, and provide meaningful analysis and communication.
•Lead the monthly Risk Review Board and serve as the counterpart for the Government Risk Manager to support joint risk processes.

Key Requirements

•A university degree or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years’ experience.
•Prior EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems) experience or a similar system/program.
•Prior CAM (Control Account Management) experience or similar discipline.
•Prior experience with SAP, APEX, or similar system.
•Prior program/project management experience.
