  • •Manage capacity planning including order volumes, infrastructure, vehicles, and labor sizing for seasonal campaigns.
  • •Monitor and use KPIs such as productivity, cycle time, error rates, and security incidents for decision-making.
  • •Implement Lean and Six Sigma continuous-improvement methodologies to eliminate waste, rework, and bottlenecks in distribution centers.
  • •Drive strategic projects for logistics expansion, automation, and redesign across inventory, last mile, and reverse logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing high-complexity logistics operations and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Strong command of continuous improvement and project management methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Belt, and PDCA.
  • •High analytical capability to manage data and KPIs using tools like advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, or statistics.
  • •System-level understanding of demand planning, operational cost control, and customer experience.
  • •Completed higher education in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; English or Spanish desirable for regional work.
