Job Summary

Provide Level 2 onsite technical support for enterprise clients across LAN, WAN, wireless, IP telephony/UC, AV & video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunications infrastructure. Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and network change/migration/upgrade work while following change management. Handle incidents and service requests within SLA, escalate complex issues, maintain documentation and runbooks, and collaborate with Level 3 teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 2 onsite support for LAN, WAN, wireless, IP telephony/unified communications, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunication infrastructure.
•Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for incidents and service degradations.
•Execute network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations following change management processes, including planned maintenance and emergency restoration.
•Handle incidents and service requests within SLA timelines, escalate complex issues to Level 3 or vendors, and support problem management investigations.
•Act as an onsite technical representative, communicate issue status and impact to customers, and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and incident/change records.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of hands-on experience in onsite network/infrastructure support in enterprise or managed services environments.
•Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, and wireless networking concepts.
•Strong knowledge of IP telephony/VoIP, AV and video conferencing, and firewall/network security fundamentals.
•Experience with network troubleshooting tools and ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent) with ITIL-based processes.
