  • •Serve as the technical leader for Palantir Foundry deployments within complex, high-impact healthcare data and operations engagements.
  • •Architect and deploy hands-on, enterprise-grade solutions using Palantir Foundry platform capabilities.
  • •Develop and deploy applications, including user-facing workflows and custom widgets.
  • •Mentor engineers as needed and establish technical direction for critical engagements.
  • •Translate business needs into scalable Foundry solutions while partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical consulting, including 2+ years building solutions with Palantir Foundry.
  • •Strong programming experience in Python, SQL, TypeScript, and/or Java, with large-scale data engineering expertise using PySpark, Pandas, Polars, and DuckDB.
  • •Deep expertise with the Foundry Ontology (Object Types, Link Types, Action Types, Interfaces, Functions) and OSDK development.
  • •Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade batch, streaming, and CDC data pipelines using Pipeline Builder, Incremental Pipelines, Data Connections, Connectors, Syncs, and Scheduling.
  • •Experience building user-facing applications using Workshop, OSDK, and React/TypeScript/Python, including custom widgets and operational workflows.
