Associate Benefits Operations Analyst

Manage end-to-end implementation of small group employee benefit plans across Life, AD&D, Disability, Absence Management, and Supplemental Health. Support a 10-month Dearborn-to-Symetra migration, coordinating with Underwriting, Contracts, Billing, Claims, Compliance, IT, and Customer Service. Serve as the primary operational contact for customers and brokers, monitor timelines, resolve issues, review plan documents for accuracy/compliance, and produce onboarding materials and project status updates.
