Job Summary

Drive strategic planning and operational execution for the TEI organization by coordinating initiatives, work management, employee engagement, budgeting, and reporting. Act as a trusted advisor to TEI leadership, monitor industry trends, facilitate planning sessions, and develop communications, OKRs, and KPIs. Support special projects, remove roadblocks, and help shape talent strategy and learning programs aligned to organizational goals.

•Coordinate strategic planning, communications, work management, employee engagement, budget, and reporting across the TEI organization.
•Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
•Facilitate strategic planning sessions and align the organization on initiatives.
•Develop and track OKRs and KPIs aligned to Invesco/Tech & Ops strategy and provide reporting for decision-making.
•Support talent strategy and learning programs, including persona-based communications and agile ways of working.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 115,000 annually
