Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end category sourcing for graphics, tape solutions, and high-value portfolios to ensure supply security and optimized cost structures.
•Scout and qualify alternative global and regional raw material sources to mitigate risk and improve business continuity for HVC portfolios.
•Manage toll coating partners, including execution and lifecycle management of finished and semi-finished specialty materials.
•Partner with R&D and PLT to identify and qualify commercialized technologies, performing capability audits and onboarding new supplier ecosystems.
•Conduct complex commercial negotiations (including RMI, tolling structures, yield-loss agreements, and long-term volume commitments) and track partner KPIs through QBRs and audits.

Key Requirements

•Technical degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or similar background; MBA specializing in Operations, Global Trade, or Supply Chain is preferred.
•At least five years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or partner development.
•Strong analytical and commercial capability to evaluate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and drive data-driven efficiency improvements.
•Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a track record partnering with R&D, PLT, and senior leadership.
•Comprehensive knowledge of legal frameworks such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, and standard commercial language.
