Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate complex aerospace, avionics, and autonomy systems into clear, structured documentation for operators, maintainers, and internal teams.
  • •Develop and maintain V-BAT technical publications including service bulletins, aircraft operating procedures, maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
  • •Partner with aerospace, software, and systems engineers to produce accurate, high-fidelity documentation.
  • •Manage multiple documentation efforts across development, flight test, and operational phases in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • •Maintain documentation standards, templates, and version control, and update content based on flight test results and operational feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3-10 years of technical writing/editing experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or complex engineering systems.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, English, or a related field.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation for aircraft systems or complex hardware/software platforms.
  • •Ability to work directly with engineers and subject matter experts to extract and document technical information.
