Key Responsibilities

  • •Pack, seal, and label customer orders in order to prepare for shipping.
  • •Prepare documents, such as bills of lading or commercial invoices to route packages.
  • •Identify and implement best-practices with regards to packing in order to achieve minimal damage to shipped goods.
  • •Work collaboratively with all departments to resolve issues related to package deliveries or shipments.
  • •Inspect boxes for visual damages; record damages or short shipments. Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy.
