Job Summary

Design and maintain backend and platform services that power AI insights for Intelligent Agreement Management, supporting the full machine learning lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain backend and platform services that power AI and Insight capabilities for Intelligent Agreement Management.
•Design and implement agentic frameworks to automate complex workflows using LLMs and agent-based architectures.
•Build and enhance components across the ML lifecycle, including data ingestion/storage, feature/label pipelines, annotation tooling, training workflows, and model serving infrastructure.
•Develop reliable, secure, and scalable RESTful services and APIs to expose AI-powered insights and analytics to internal teams and customer-facing applications.
•Own service observability and reliability through metrics, logging, dashboards, alerts, and participation in incident triage and root cause analysis.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional software engineering experience building backend or platform services in a production environment.
•Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java, C#, Go, or TypeScript/Node.js and familiarity with design principles.
•Experience developing and debugging services that interact with SQL/NoSQL data stores and external APIs.
•Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing plus version control and modern CI/CD pipelines.
•Preferred: experience supporting an AI/ML platform (data pipelines, feature stores, training orchestration, model serving, experimentation) and building cloud-native services.
