Ensure guest and venue safety by proactively interacting with guests, removing hazards, preventing and resolving altercations, and supporting emergency evacuation procedures. Inspect every guest with a metal detector or pat-down search to keep weapons and harmful items out, enforce photo/video recording policies, and monitor access checks for guests under 30. Communicate throughout the shift using radios, hand signals, and flashlights while maintaining a clear, safe venue before, during, and after events.
