Sonographer

Perform ultrasound examinations following accepted protocols under the supervising radiologist, documenting high-quality images and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Obtain and record patient history, position patients correctly, apply independent clinical judgment, and relay preliminary findings. Maintain equipment and perform quality control, including radiation safety/ALARA practices for ionizing radiation procedures when required. Participate in emergency readiness, infection control, and staff training, while handling relevant documentation and departmental support tasks.
