Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires 10+ years of HVAC experience; experience servicing applied chillers and large-tonnage HVAC systems is preferred.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA certification preferred (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer).
  • •Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and piping schematics; familiarity with building automation systems and chiller controls.
