Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead strategy for process improvement, automation, and data-driven governance aligned with business priorities and enterprise standards.
  • •Identify, prioritize, and deliver a pipeline of process, reporting, and automation improvements that drive efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance decision-making.
  • •Partner with Business Governance and wider business collaborators to secure agreement and drive adoption of new solutions.
  • •Lead change and project delivery activities to ensure improvements are implemented effectively and deliver measurable benefits.
  • •Analyze processes and documentation to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and improved controls; build dashboards and improve data quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering improvements in workflows, automation, and data initiatives in governance, risk, compliance, operations, or a similarly regulated environment.
  • •Strong data literacy to analyze information, identify trends, and translate insights into practical business improvements.
  • •Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • •Knowledge of workflow automation or low-code technologies such as Power Automate and RPA tools, or equivalent automation delivery experience with technical teams.
  • •Proficient written and spoken English and strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
