Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Instructure customer experience for all customers within your territory.
  • •Collaborate with Sales and Renewals to grow market share from existing accounts and new business opportunities.
  • •Act as the liaison between customers and Instructure.
  • •Understand customer vision and goals for the Instructure Learning Platform and help customers achieve success.
  • •Own CSAT and work closely with Sales and Renewals to meet NRR targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or at least 4+ years of account management experience.

  • •Customer-facing software industry background; K-12 education experience is preferred.
