Job Summary

Drive revenue and profit for the stormwater storage product category by using qualitative and quantitative data to make strategic product decisions. Own product lifecycle management, gather and prioritize requirements, and define the product vision and multi-year roadmap. Lead stage-gate processes for new products and improvements, collaborate on go-to-market readiness, and partner with sales, marketing, and finance to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Align product strategy with stormwater growth targets by working with business and functional leaders
•Review product line performance and market analytics; communicate market share targets, sales objectives, and portfolio recommendations to senior leadership
•Develop positioning, pricing, and growth strategies using customer, competitor, market, and regulatory intelligence
•Own the product line roadmap and value proposition across the stormwater market
•Lead the stage gate process for new product development and product improvements; coordinate product launches and company readiness activities

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in product management, product development, and/or product marketing
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field (civil engineering, chemical engineering, etc.); advanced degree preferred (MS, MBA, etc.)
•Experience with precast concrete or plastic stormwater storage products (preferred)
•Collaborate cross-functionally to balance external and internal objectives
•Open, collaborative team-player with high initiative and results-driven mindset
