Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect a high-availability Yield Engine managing billions in assets with bankruptcy-protected custody and near-instant liquidity.
  • •Define and build the technical foundations for a greenfield Investments platform, including brokerage infrastructure and trading interfaces.
  • •Work alongside PMs, Designers, and Analysts to decide what to build and shape the strategy and codebase.
  • •Develop and scale high-concurrency systems with strict data integrity and consistency.
  • •Choose appropriate tools for the job and take responsibility for fixing what you break.

  • •Strong product mindset with passion for user experience and data-driven decisions to address customer pain points.
  • •Great communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • •Experience developing web applications and distributed systems in a production environment.
  • •Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, and experience with a messaging system like Kafka (a plus).
