Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and development of comprehensive technical training programs for internal teams, customers, and implementation partners.
  • •Create structured learning paths covering Presight products, AI solutions, platform capabilities, integrations, APIs, deployment workflows, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • •Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation and learning assets (guides, onboarding programs, certification materials, SOPs, FAQs, and learning resources).
  • •Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and certification programs; facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to validate technical accuracy, update content with product releases, measure effectiveness, and maintain training governance and centralized repositories.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technical Communication, Education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in technical training, technical enablement, instructional design, or technical documentation in software/AI/data analytics/cloud/enterprise tech.
  • •Demonstrated experience working with AI, Generative AI, machine learning, data analytics, or intelligent automation solutions (training, consulting, technical writing, or enablement).
  • •Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, cloud platforms, system integrations, and enterprise applications.
  • •Experience creating structured learning materials, technical documentation, and training content for diverse technical audiences.
