Corporate Counsel will advise on governance and securities, manage public company reporting, and lead equity compensation initiatives. You’ll handle M&A and strategic transactions, oversee board and committee matters, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment with Palantir’s growth as a public company.
