Key Responsibilities

•Advise and provide technical guidance to the SRE team on operational matters and processes.
•Assist Team Leader/Manager in organizing shifts, workload planning, and onboarding of new staff (induction, mentoring, training).
•Support engineers to achieve operational objectives and maximize efficiency of activities.
•Contribute to digital tools development and improvements for daily operations.
•Assist in data collection and preparation of operational reports (KPI, productive hours, performance reviews).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
•Proven experience as a Structure Repair Engineer or in a similar role
•Ability to provide technical guidance to engineers and support competency development
•Experience in planning, shift organization and workload management
•Strong involvement in data collection, KPI reporting, and process improvements
