Coordinate and administer customer service jobs by processing technician feedback and reports, ensuring they’re fully captured and documented, and managing timely, accurate invoicing. Plan technician schedules, align appointments and technical questions with customers and suppliers, and collaborate closely with internal teams (service leadership, spare parts, and administration) to improve service processes. Work on-site five days in a technical service environment in Germany.
