Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, respond to, and resolve issues and questions raised by ADM clients with timely and accurate support.
  • •Investigate complex alternative investment data sets to resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
  • •Assess issue criticality and collaborate with internal ADM teams (Collections, Operations) to drive resolution.
  • •Conduct root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams to resolve issues.
  • •Help clients maximize value from the ADM platform through functional and conceptual instruction, prioritizing and managing multiple cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • •1+ years of relevant client-facing experience, ideally in financial services or investment management.
  • •Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • •Proficiency in maths and comfort working with complex data sets.
  • •Plus experience in investment management, particularly alternative investments; familiarity with alternative investment data (and/or the Addepar platform).
