•Manage the store end-to-end, leading the commercial area and the store team.

•Analyze store performance via KPIs and drive actions to improve results.
•Implement commercial actions and Visual Merchandising; train the team and identify/develop internal talent; manage stock and place orders.

Key Requirements

•3-4+ years of experience as a Shop Manager in retail brands, preferably premium, in a store format similar to Pandora.
•Proven leadership experience, able to create dynamic and flexible team environments.
•Customer-focused and results-oriented with strong analytical capability.
•Positive, inspiring, and able to motivate the team.
•Good command of Office and digital tools.
