Job Summary

Drainage Engineers and Designers needed to join our Southeast US transportation team. Work on large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects, applying expertise in highway drainage design (storm drain design, cross culvert analysis, hydrology, ditch design) and CAD tools (Bentley MicroStation, Open Roads) across junior to senior levels, with hybrid work arrangements and relocation support.

Job Function: Design (Product/UX/UI/Visual)

Key Responsibilities

•Design highway drainage systems including storm drain design, cross culvert analysis, hydrology, ditch design, bridge deck drainage and temporary drainage.
•Work on large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects, contributing to mega-projects.
•Prepare and review CAD drawings and models using Bentley MicroStation and Open Roads.
•Collaborate with other engineers and designers to develop and deliver transportation drainage solutions.
•Support junior to senior engineers in delivering high-quality civil drainage design work.

Key Requirements

•CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Preferred Qualifications: EIT Certification or PE License; State DOT experience
