Manager - FIB Lab Operations

Lead and manage FIB engineers and technicians responsible for semiconductor characterization using FIB techniques. Drive metrology engineering initiatives, lab operations management, and workflow improvements by tracking operational metrics and enhancing lab efficiency. Develop and validate new technology and analytical instrumentation for complex sample types, support team training, and ensure safety and IP compliance through audits and risk assessments. Collaborate with customers and BU partners and manage escalations across shifts, communicating progress via clear documentation and presentations.
