Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • •Act as primary technical advisor across the Claude adoption journey from discovery and initial evaluation through deployment.
  • •Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise.
  • •Guide technical architecture decisions and help integrate Claude into customers’ existing technology stacks.
  • •Develop evaluation frameworks and identify integration patterns, feeding insights back to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •U.S. citizenship required and an active TS/SCI security clearance due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
  • •Prior experience working with U.S. national security (defense and/or intelligence) agencies.
  • •5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
  • •Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
  • •Familiar with Python and common LLM frameworks/tools (or a background in machine learning/data science).
