Lead day-to-day materials management at the Hawthorne Distribution Center, overseeing receipt, distribution, and issuance of rocket-critical supplies. Manage direct reports through scheduling, timecard approvals, mentoring, and training, while driving continuous improvement to hit logistics and inventory goals. Implement best practices across transportation options, kitting, inventory, and work order management, and coordinate with shipping, receiving, quality control, planning, and purchasing.
