Key Responsibilities

  • •Own outbound execution, including newsletter sponsorships and running Google/Reddit ads.
  • •Build and activate a developer community via engineering events and OSS sponsorships across key cities.
  • •Run performance and brand marketing activities such as conferences, LinkedIn growth, and owning G2 reviews.
  • •Improve the mid-bottom funnel with landing pages, customer case studies, and viral product launch videos.
  • •Drive RevOps by improving tracking and metrics foundations across sales and marketing.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of work experience in a fast paced environment (early stage startup, hypergrowth scaleup, MBB consulting, FAANG, Tier 1 bank or similar).
  • •Ability to learn fast and context switch using strong analytical thinking and first principles.
  • •Bias to action with ownership; get frustrated when work stalls.
  • •Chase down revenue as a hunter; enjoy producing outputs over delegating.
  • •Bonus: be an early employee (<#20) at a tech startup or have a STEM degree from a Tier 1 university.
