Asset Protection Partner

Safeguard Sephora’s assets while helping maintain a safe, inclusive store environment. Partner with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor activity, and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools. Lead training and meetings, respond to incidents with de-escalation, complete audits and reporting, support compliance, and represent the company in court if required.
