Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end development of assigned propositions or proposition initiatives—from idea generation and business case through to market launch—ensuring alignment with customer needs, commercial opportunity and Allianz Commercial strategy.
•Facilitate value proposition and service design, working closely with key stakeholders to co-create solutions that deliver meaningful customer value.
•Challenge assumptions and apply structured thinking to ensure proposition concepts are robust, insight-led and commercially viable.
•Act as day-to-day proposition lead for initiatives, coordinating activity across Underwriting, Technical, Distribution, Transformation and Marketing.
•Build strong working relationships across the business, influencing and negotiating to achieve alignment, resolve issues and drive progress.

Key Requirements

•Technical knowledge of commercial insurance products is a must have.
