•Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Partner with cross-functional leaders (Sales, Marketing, RGM, Media) to build robust KPI frameworks, measurement standards, and automated reporting solutions.
•Champion Commerce Modernization: Lead the organizationigital transformation by integrating retail media, sales, and digital shelf data into a unified, AI-enabled analytics ecosystem that elevates organizational data literacy.
•Own the Technology Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of scalable ecommerce technologies, from translating complex business requirements into technical user stories to managing sprint backlogs.
•Data Governance & Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance; build scalable data foundations and collaborate with multi-market stakeholders to align priorities.
