Job Summary

Drive growth for TikTok LIVE across Europe by maintaining a strategic understanding of the livestream landscape and executing EU growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

•Execute initiatives to drive growth within the EU livestream market by identifying new business opportunities and implementing scalability strategies.
•Develop and refine processes and organizational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity, ensuring clear cross-team communication.
•Serve as a liaison between teams in China and the EU, both within and outside the EU LIVE team.
•Collaborate with executive team members to define and prioritize business strategies and monitor deliverables and results.
•Assist creators and agencies by using operations data for analysis and business development assessments, and implementing relevant SOPs.

•Proven experience in guild or streamer operations with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in English to communicate and collaborate across regions.
